Mentored Scholarly Project (UCI Only)

Peter Chang, M.D., is a faculty mentor for Mentored Scholarly Projects as part of the 4-year Medical Student Research Program. Briefly, the program provides UCI medical students an opportunity to develop insight and understanding of translational biomedical research through completion of a mentored scholarly project.  Additional information including application instructions can be found at http://www.icts.uci.edu/education/msrp/index.php.

Biomedical Research in AI

Medical Students may apply to develop research experience at CAIDM. Students are expected to learn and develop hands-on technical skills necessary for algorithm development and deployment. Likewise, students are also expected to publish at least one manuscript. Motivated students in the past have also gone on to successfully apply for grants. Technical and Scholarly aspects are mentored by Peter Chang, M.D. and Daniel Chow, M.D. respectively. For additional information, please contact ___
